The villa sleeps up to 7 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents or three separate couples . Paradise Jasmine Villa is fully air-conditioned (included in price) and also has ceiling fans, fly screens on windows and doors, shutters and also heavy curtains to keep out the light if you want to have a lie in. It has been tastefully furnished and well equipped for you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Paradise Jasmine Villa occupies a prime position on Paradise Gardens IV from where you can enter the large pool directly from your own terrace.
The property is south facing for all day sun, spectacular sunsets and maximum sunshine all year.

Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Skiing
In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.
Travel
Paphos international airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx 25-35 euros depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is 85 euros and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the habour at frequent intervals and a very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.
Distances
The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.
Rental Notes:
- Changeover days are flexible.
- The cost per week is for the villa and not per person. If your booking falls within different price brackets, the cost will be calculated on a daily basis. Special rates are available for long-term lets.
- Air conditioning is included in price of rental.
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100 is payable with your balance to cover any damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the villa has been inspected.
- Electronic safe is fitted for your use.

Villa so comfortable. DVD & TV for quiet times was great. Went skiing 3/4hr drive (Troodos), then back to villa in evening. Super cooking facilities. We will be booking again.
